At the weekend, we are doing cleaning up our house.
We got a call from a friend of us that he got a badger this morning.
Someone told us that the badged is the best wild meat.
We are excited to have it with the friend.

Mihama Town in Kumano, Mie Prefecture, Japan
It is located in Kii peninsula, alongside Pacific ocean, and almost the southernmost of Japanese main island.
In the town of Mihama, there is Kumano Kodo pilgrimage routes, Ise route as a part of UNESCO World Heritage
and everyday living with sacred blue mountains and beautiful blue sea.
The town is covered with "Blues".

最近御浜町でもアナグマ多いんですよね。以前親父の仕掛けた籠罠にかかったんですが、結局近くの川に籠罠ごと持っていき水中に沈めて殺処分となりました。無駄な殺生したと罪悪感がかなり有りました。
話は変わりますが、実家の親父が何頭もイノシシを捕まえてイノシシ肉が処分出来ない状況だったので、ほとんど挽肉にしてしまいましたが、ハンバーグにすると絶品でしたよ。

アナグマも罠にちょくちょく掛かるみたいです。あまり、食べないようですが。
冷凍庫に山ほど猪と鹿肉があるので、ハンバーグはいいアイデアかもです。
