@@blancarios4588 It may be considered a “senior” patient access rep. But that is taking on a little bit more, like scheduling more invasive things and sending out referrals for people. I do all check-in/registration, and some easy check-out/scheduling stuff like follow-up appts, physicals, mammograms things like that. But every place is so vast and different depending on where you are! Did you get a job?
