@@thenateyoulove because there’s underlying harmonies and echo underneath his voice. Not saying that this is a bad performance or that his voice is bad by any means, but this isn’t completely raw. Tbh I think it’s better they did that bc it’s sounds way better then if it was raw
Great performance but you can hear the auto tune coming in at the solo parts (eg 0:26 and 0:53). Shame because I think he doesn’t need it at all
@@capturingnoise every single artists uses some kind of auto tune/pitch correction when live, no matter how strong or weak it is

@@TheBLDZRR You can particularly hear it in the first verse and choruses. It doesn't mean he can't sing it, you still have to be really close to the note for the Antares rack unit to perfect the note. Nothing particularly wrong with it, as I think live shows' purpose has changed. With any kind of music with lots of moving parts (such as this), it's a better experience for the general listener when it sounds nearly perfect. Some people love hearing imperfections and flaws in a performance, others expect singers to be 100% perfect all the time and it's just not reasonable for most singers. Every once in a while we get truly incredible vocalists of basically inhuman levels of consistency but it's very rare. If you think about it from a marketing perspective, this is just a way to make sure the audience is always going to get the best sound out of the show they paid to see.

@@DudeMan-xs3db yeah but the only reason you don't hear the flex tune all time time is because for 99% of the time he is perfectly in tune. You clearly don't understand how pitch correction works. The only reason you can even hear it is cause he went out ever so slightly on a few notes. Pitch correction is most effective when applied to a singer who has really good pitch, other wise you just sound like T-Pain, or you get that unbearable flex tune sound.
Noah's vocals are so angelic my whole world is drowned out and all I can hear is his voice❤

Dude has so much talent, his cleans and screams sound nearly better live than the studio versions. They jumped to the top of my "must see" list

Noah's vocal is so unique that somewhat sounds fake because thats how good it is. The falsetto transition with a cracking is perfect!
It sounds fake because there is auto tune on it. I think he's a great vocalist but I'm just pointing out that's the reason it sounds fake. You can hear it clearly when he transitions to different notes on some parts.

Seen these guys 3 times already and seeing them a 4th time in September. One of the best live bands!!!
Saw these guys on the come-up supporting Asking Alexandria in 2016 and All That Remains/Lacuna Coil in 2019 and they had potential even back then. I'm happy to see their hard work pay off into success, even if I prefer their earlier stuff (especially the debut) a tad more.
Guitarist's backing vocals are incredible. The harmony at the end, spot on.

I literally need way more pro live videos of these guys especially since the new album. It's genuinely a pleasure to watch a vocalist of such high calibre do their thing live on well produced audio. Genuinely makes me realise why people go to watch opera, you get to see something special when a human can sing as well as this.

flew to see bad omens in paris earlier this year [from ireland], because my sister and i are huge fans and we couldn't miss it. and thank god we didn't - noah's live vocals (clean and unclean) meet and exceed the studio versions, the stage presence was immaculate, the energy in the room was unmatched. i don't usually get pcd for months after a concert, but bad omens are different - i will definitely see them any chance i get. incredible! ♡

I followed these guys since their self titled album and the way Noahs voice has progressed from album to album is absolutely amazing. In an interview in regards to The Death Of Piece Of Mind album he said he had finally found his voice and he truly has. Also as everyone says they sound just as well live as is on the studeo versions. Hopefully ill be seeing them September 23rd this year, they are pretty much my favorite band next to Korn and Bring Me The Horizon.
