PROFESSIONAL MERMAID SWIMMING AT NIGHT (underwater and above water footage featuring the northern lights and the moon) - Relax and watch as Mermaid Phantom swims in Lake Michigan at night in her original MerNation silicone mermaid tail. I am the professional mermaid performer in this video, and I am wearing my Sparda tail that I got from ‪@MerNation‬ in 2016. This mermaid tail has served me well over the years and was one of the best investments I have ever made. I love this tail to pieces! That said, the monofin in this mermaid tail has never really stayed on my feet very well, so I can't do too many cool moves in this tail. I apologize in advance for the lack of backflips, barrel rolls and fluid twists and turns. My other tails are better suited for underwater stunts. This old mermaid tail is better for not-so-fancy-swims and dry-land mermaid work. It's my lovely practical tail. :')
I hope you enjoy this video. I wasn't ACTUALLY swimming under the Northern Lights in this video. As cool as that would be, I don't think my camera would be able to pick up on me or the aurora borealis very well if filmed at the same time. The footage of the aurora and the mermaid footage were filmed on different days. However, both were filmed here in Northern Michigan... because Northern Michigan is a magical place!
