Agree with the post above. There are not enough good, serious and functional watch faces. 80% of those presented now are drawn children's, primitive. Add good watch faces drawn by professional designers. Do not skimp on ordering a drawing. Or, add advanced custom tools to create your own watch faces.
The watch and the haylou fun app are better than any other smartwatch in this budget, but if you add some features, it'll be the best; I'm sharing some ideas I want in my RS4 plus watch.
1. Always-on display
2. Add full customisation of watch faces like we want to change the clock style too.
There is another problem if I add a high-quality custom watch face; it looks somewhat pixelated in the watch. I don't know why; if it's a software issue, please fix this
3. The weather synchronisation is the worst; sometimes it works well, but the maximum time it always says *please connect to the app and try again* which is tedious and awful.
4. C'mon, Haylou! The display of RS4 plus is the best in class; why don't you add some more beautiful watch faces like moonlight, snowy peaks, dice, digital life etc.?
5. We want more languages to support, like Bangla, Farsi etc.
Team haylou, we know you are trying your best to give us a good service. Please add those features, also. You'll be the best 🔥

Please add a setting for choosing the frequency of weather updates, and not as it is now automatically. I think this will help save battery power and give people a choice.
Please add an option to use this as a camera shutter button, it’s a really simple code as well, press a button on the watch and it takes a photo, similar to how the play/pause button works in music, it will be really useful. Please consider this and send it on the next firmware update.
Also when I install a custom watch face, the watch gets stuck on a bootloop till the battery runs out, so please fix the custom watch face issue as well. Please take this feedback and improve this watch. Truly amazing hardware but lack in good software. Thank you!
Also please add emoji support, at least for the basic emojis

I find it difficult to fathom that despite being over a year and the vast majority of the requests from RS4 plus users being a need for watchface customisation feature, Haylou have still yet made no movement on this, leaving many users disappointed.
If Haylou, who in my view, seems to be projecting a very adamant attitude, does not act promptly to its customers needs, not only will it tarnish its reputation but also seriously jeopardise its future consumers.
Can i get the vo2max measurement with this watch ?

what is your problem not giving always on display update!
I would like to suggest a few improvements that could make your watches even more user-friendly, especially for the HAYLOU rs4 PLUS.
Option to send 10 photos to the watch: Would it be possible to add a feature that would allow users to send and store more than one photo on the watch? Specifically, this feature would allow for browsing, zooming and deleting photos without the need to use the phone.
Guys, we need custom watch faces!
Option to remove unnecessary app features: Would it be possible to add an option that would allow users to choose which apps are displayed on the watch and which are not? For example, some users may not use features and their removal could make it easier to use the app menu on the watch.
But how can do this upgrade?
Why disable Temperature measurements ?
I recently purchased this smartwatch, and it is absolutely amazing. I am hopeful that the device will receive the “Always On Display” function, as it is equipped with an Amoled display. Furthermore, I send greetings from Argentina. :)

-Customizable watchfaces, if haylou can't provide, maybe users can use third party apps for more watchfaces.
-Customizable screen on time, when raise to wake is active, the screen time out is setting on 5 second only. Please fix this.

Hello, i have an idea for the homescreen, the features such as heart rate, stress, spo2 and etc can be swiped to the right, and when you swipe to the left on the homescreen it will open the menu so you dont have to press the button, a similar layout is the one with Kieslect KR..
The looping on the homescreen isn't exactly appealing, just my opinion though
Kieslect KR Smartwatch has a similar layout to the one I described..
And also, please make it do that when you click the button on the right when at the home screen, it will close the watch
After try update the firmware my watch is dead and only I have the message "Update failure, Please connect the App to upgrade again", I can't off or restart the watch, there is no cancel the update firmware process. The mobile phone only shows 0% in progress bar, please I need to solution this before I send the watch to the trash.

@@Haylou Look haylou ls 02 is the top selling budget watch in bd. It has everything like accurate heart rate ip68 but the main problem many pepole facing that it has 5 watch face. So many pepole dont buy this ls 02 for a reason and they buy another watch brand at the same price like colmi. But haylou is good. Thanks haylou for replaying😀🇧🇩

We need more premium looking watch faces like those in Apple Watches and Samsung Watches, the 60hz display of RS4 Plus is useless if the watch faces are not good-looking, the designs are too childish.
Furthermore, please add music menu on your homescreen it is such a hassle to click on the button just to access the music menu.
Customization of your home screen should also be done for us to freely choose which apps should be on our home screen.
The watch should also support other icons from apps and emojis, because the screen is worthless if it cannot display emojis and icons.

Just buy haylou solar plus rt3 but feel dissapointed with UI, not as smooth as rs4 plus, no calendar, no option to change AOD, no whatsapp call on android, just give an update for haylou rt3 so can running as smooth as rs4 plus!!
