Saudis are well capable of speaking for themselves, they want stability much like Iran, the only appeal is to adhere to the international rules of engagement and that includes complying with IAEA to which Iran has been a signatory for many years. Nuclear proliferation does not provide security, only raises the tensions in the region, especially when hostilities are rampant and Iran isn't shy about its intimidation campaign. Blackmail worked for Russia until they overplayed their hand, why repeat what has failed? The only path forward is to forego the nuclear weapons program, to let IAEA into Iran, and lift sanctions for unrestricted international commerce.
Cooperation and getting closer to Asian continent is vital for interests of entire Asian continent.

When videos "bake in" the subtitles like that into the actual video _(rather than only having an SRT file to turn closed-captions on and off),_ it is good.
They've even put the black/grey background behind the white lettering so you can see the white font so clearly that watching in 240p works.
Glancing at this footage, I would say it is possible to nudge the subtitles down a bit so as to have another language (portuguese) above it in a row. Then, at the top of the screen another two languages just like that could be squeezed in for French and then Hindu-Urdu Sanskrit. People who are Spanish would figure out the portuguese language and some people in India _(which btw has a massive population)_ would figure out the English Language and portuguese _(because of Goa)._ Mind you, China has plenty english speaking as a business language. In the top-left a vertical writing for chinese could be placed without obscuring any people. Then below that (bottom-left) Japanese would be written vertically. Then in the top right, Korean Language would be vertically written. I'd consider swapping the position of the (horizontal) english language subtitles to be in the bottom-right as though written in a thin vertical newspaper column as we have quite short stubby words in english language _(unlike french, spanish, portuguese)._
That would then free up the horizontal space where english-language had been so russian language could go there.
Having measured the screen, I can see it woud be possible to squeeze three double lines of text on the bottoms rows, and so I would put Indonesian in the highest bottom row. the choices of languages are down to goegraphical coverage in a landmass and numbers of worldwide speakers, including as a second language as a business-language. I would have put arabic in too but unless it can be squeezed in as a third top row (which is a "maybe), it cannot fit in the screen and also the spoken language can be heard anway, so the message would still be cast far and wide around the globe with all those languages I have mentioned in text. I would however prefer indonesian to be in some sanskrit (e.g.Pallava script) text to thereby include its different alphabet for variety but if it has to be the commonly known one _(as used in the "Youth Pledge"),_ then it is ok to have it that way.
See now, if this had been uploaded in 4-3 aspect ration with all the _"resultant black bars"_ beneath to widescreen footage, plenty of text could have been squeezed in.

Sounds like a lot going on, as it is, to be fair. Perhaps, too much. I think your vision only works if you can turn each language subtitle on/off.

Think it over if you wish to better interpret my vision of it which is distinguished from that which you have spoken of and its own discrete thing from turning it on and off. A double check like that may save you a few minutes. :)
The "Baked on" subtitles are for those who prefer it over alternatives that might otherwise feel to them like annotations _(not that they do not have their usages too even though it is personal preference for some people)._ Cross compatibility from site to site might be an aim, so that differs from annotation or the "SRT only" approach.
For instance, a file might be h264 with an mpeg4 wrapper but the subtitles (such as SRT conversion) only play on some devices or technologies.
An SRT in some scenarios can be a great technology, such as having a deliberately low bitrate mpeg2 video on a DVD disk with mono sound to squeeze in more hours of footage and yet the subtitles are still as easy to see, thereby making many more hours of subtitles if they are the most important part of content/footage to the creator _(perhaps for compatibility with OCR_Feeder-Tesseract or other technologies)._
Also the 4-3 aspect ratio option was written there.
Many other such techniques exist _(almost like the "baked in" workaround theme)_ such as how stereo movies theatres (like a VCD) in India in the past (semi-amateur/organisations) have a language on each of a stereo speaker, so they silence one of the left or right speaker to keep only one language. Cramming in a smaller file for a video website upload can be done by having a mono audio track as an similar theme technique.
