Yes although a lot of their other allertors were left broken and unserviced for years at a time. Ex, the Greenfield Allertors, the Zablocki park siren has been broken for over a year now, maybe over 2. But Milwaukee is usually good about replacing them.
Last year, it was at 1:30 on the dot, but I had my camera going for a good 10 minutes before that. And at that time, it wasn't raining! It started raining about 2 minutes before the sirens sounded. I was told by RamFett to have everything ready to go like 10 minutes before the scheduled time, and use fresh batteries.
Greenfield doesn't have P50s, only allertors (1) and t-128s (3). I have a feeling the remaining Allertor at Zablocki park will be replaced come spring or summer 2013.
I still to this day cannot identify single phase Allertors, how do you tell? This one looks and sounds like every other Allertor with that size intake cone. I know that the faster wind up has something to do with it being 15 hp right?
Yeah thats what you told me a couple weeks ago, but really looking forward to seeing a video of that. Do they test right at 130 that day or is it randomly during that hour?
you are lucky because you got alert and attack test on that siren i wish i got siren near me well i do have sirens near where i live but they don't do alert and attack they only do a short 1 to 2 minutes of alert
Quadren siren yeah I love milwaukees system. They are rather stingy about testing times but there are some stupid people here so they can do it only if the sun is out.
I just love that slow single phase wind up...
Snowcube it’s 15HP, that’s why
Attack sounds amazing on allertors
Sounds very healthy for a single phase ACA. Milwaukee County always maintains their sirens very well.
agreed
Nice clean sound. Added to Favorites. I like that light blue (or maybe azure) color some have like this.
Thanks, and for sure! I live really close to it, so I thought it'd be a good one to get. It's my first Allertor video.

when do they inspect this siren
Starts at 0:04 winds down at 1:04 winds up in attack at 1:40 winds down in attack at 2:30
Ok thank you that was very helpful. So glad I know what single phase means now. :)
Awesome video! Great to see another video of that allertor.
The Zablocki Allertor has been repaired, as was the P-50 in Jackson Park. Info straight from Milwaukee County Emergency Management.
Probably a T-128. However, this siren is well maintained, so I don't see it being replaced anytime soon.
The searchers all say they'd have made Whitefish Bay if they'd put 15 more miles behind her.

For real? Sweet! I will be getting a Zablocki Park video this summer then.
I probably will too at some point. For the Statewide Test, I'm getting the one in Whitnall Park.
The healthiest Allertor on YT

At first. but if you listen you will find it actually has a very fast wind up as it approaches its peak.
all we have are 2001 srn's, 2001 130s,and a dual tone sterling m5(8/16 port)
There is a Asc t-121 on top of Bayshore mall I think it's by the Apple Store
I know, but it's actually the same speed. It looks faster because it's from a different angle.
good job for keeping the video far away from the siren
Nice video. Wow is that siren loud
I just came from the UA-camr that’s amazing, because this siren was peaking into the shot. The video is called boomerang trick shots 2
i saw that
I love this siren
whitefish bay arllertor: OH SH*; IM GOING TO TEST TO MY WAR

Thanks :)
Looks like it spins faster than the older video of it
Great video!
0:00 music from the end of ramfetts video of the 2010 alertlor
no that was another music
That music was diffrent
Why would you go for something that's less powerful? Milwaukee County already has spotty siren coverage as it is.
Alertor saying, Lemme sing the song of my people. rrrRRRREEEE!
Great siren! Nice video!
Yeah thats what you told me a couple weeks ago, but really looking forward to seeing a video of that. Do they test right at 130 that day or is it randomly during that hour?
what are they going to get when this siren is shot... or not working at all??
Dude. Nice vid
