Hi Adam, that is so strange. I have never seen a case like that. I can suggest logging out and logging in. You wait a few hours and sometimes try again the next day. It could be a temporary glitch. The other option is contacting MS support. Thank you.
We are using Office 365, web based outlook using chrome and Microsoft Edge; The send button and reply button are not working and I am unable to send or reply to emails. The message does not get as far as the outbox. The send and reply buttons are not greyed out. The forward button does work, but then I am unable to send the forwarded message. Before this instance we were facing same issue using chrome. Now Edge browser is Microsoft product; Can this be fixed? reply must
Unfortunately, the issue that you describe seems to be a particular issue with your subscription or maybe a local issue on your device. I suggest contacting MS support. Thanks.
If you don't see the required values within your MS 365 Admin Center anymore, then you may need to get them via Powershell. I haven't tried but the necessary command would something like this: Get-DkimSigningConfig -Identity YOURDOMAIN | fl Hope this helps, thanks
Hi Heather, if you already added the CNAMES, you may need to wait longer for the propagation or there might be an error on the CNAMES. Double check they are properly edited/entered in your DNSs. Thank you.
Hello Mike, you can share a mailbox content from a shared mailbox. You can convert any mailbox to a shared mailbox within the Admin Center. This video shows you how ua-cam.com/video/AycynDf4uFc/v-deo.html If you want to access the content of an active mailbox, then you can used delegate emails. This can also be configured within the admin center (under users/active users) Thank you,

I'm getting this error when I try to get the DKIM records: Status

What does this mean? What do I do?
