I want to be fair as much as possible. First of all, I think his constellation is not up there on the list like Neuvillette, Arlecchino, Yelan, Furina, etc but it's definitely making him less clunky to use starting from C1 and R1 (his best in slot weapon) because he's the character that wants more ATK SPD. Combining C1, R1, and Desert Pavilion set will give him 130% ATK SPD which is super nice for his normal attack playstyle, but I feel like 120% ATK SPD is fine too if you can't afford the weapon (seeing weapon banner is really bad in this game). His priority is getting constellation to C2, get his weapon, and then all the way to C6 if you can afford it. Secondly, his C6 is the type that you would get it if you like the character as it's definitely not the best there is in the game, but still pretty good as it fixes most of his issues (his defensive capability is still zero, though). If you only care about gameplay, definitely get somebody else's C6 like Neuvillette or Arlecchino. Based on Keqingmains calculation, Wanderer is 69-75% stronger in C6 from C0, in contrary towards Neuvillette who's 118% stronger in C6 from C0. However, if you really like him then you could always choose to attempt that and I wish you luck.
@mryachty1044 I am only using welkin and always saving up for their constellation, so maybe if we total the saving time between each character, then I have spent around 107-108 USD within 16 patches (about 22-23 months in total)
If u collect enough u can get c6 with one rerun for a character, and keep in mind it takes luck too :’) i can relate, cuz IF I DIDNT LOST 3 50/50s i could have c6 Neuvilette too
