You know who else plays hockey at the University of Wisconsin? Women do. It is like the athletic department is willfully and intentionally NOT highlighting the womens hockey team.

@@Number1HockeyPlaya That is either willfully ignorant, or you are simply choosing to be misleading. In the last season and a half there has not been a day in the life of the 6 time national championship womens hockey team, there was no acknowledgement of the accomplishments of Daryl Watts in becoming the second all time point getter in history, the UW puts out a almost weekly HOCKEY DIGEST which contains NO MENTION of the 19-7-1 womens team, and instead focuses on the 10-15 mens team. I mean, I get it, you can say almost anything you want, but you cannot posible say that the University of Wisconsin allocates promotional resources based on merit.

@@DinoCorvino I'm not saying the allocate resources based on merit. That would be foolish. Any league who did that would lose money. Obviously UW can't go all out promoting UW Women's hockey because UW Women's hockey get's less attendance than a typical highschool varsity game. They don't make money. No point spending money there. But, UW does a great job featuring womens sports on their UA-cam page. That is what I am saying.

@@DinoCorvino I don’t mean to be rude, but there’s a reason that they don’t mention women’s sports as much as men’s. First reason is most sports fans are men, second men’s sports are bigger because they generate more revenue, women’s sports don’t generate as much as men’s so therefore why would they put more effort into something that would make them less money. At the end of the day all that really matters is the money factor. You can get mad at me but that’s the truth
