FOREST GAMES, TOP GUN and a DISAPPOINTED WIFE!

Well we were underwhelmed by Camping Lugano and overwhelmed by Camping Ebnet and guess which was less than half the price of the other!
The facilities at Camping Lugano were dated but to be fair to Lugano itself I'm sure we would have enjoyed a cycle or hiking in the area, the lake is stunning. Camping Ebnet on the other hand was over half the price of Lugano and had a really friendly feel. The lady owner couldn't do enough to help us. Our ride in the adjacent forest was so much fun with the wooden sculptures and games, we didn't see them all so will have to go back one day.
Hope you like the top gun reference, Michelle still doesn't know the relevance of the shaking cup when I say "Shall we Buzz the Tower" 😀

The Acme looked most similar to what we have in the US. It is sometimes tricky to find places that fill tanks, most everyone goes with the tank exchange program.

It can be a bit of a distance between LPG fills in some European countries, France has them everywhere! We do like the refillable, about half the price of exchange and simpler in Europe with all the different refillable types by country. Cheers...Andy&Michelle

£65!! 😢. We had lots of Swiss visitors to our site in Scotland this year. They all said that due to the favourable exchange rate, they were finding the UK cheap. 🥴
