Pls aap dono question me kya wording difference hai samjha sakte hai. Thoda confusing ho raha hai

sir 5 years ka tenure hai toh 4 baar hi increment hogi salary apne example me bhi sahi kra hai but icai ne apni illustration meh 5 year ka tenure me 5 baar increment dikha rakha hai in illus 9 how come it be possible ?? increment toh baar hoga na plzz reply sir
