Jo malone wood sage and sea salt is the best freshie ever made just lacks longevity
Yes I was going to say... Jo Malone has a great smell overall but the longevity is definitely lacking. For the money it is a fragrance that requires multiple additional sprays to refresh throughout the day to keep it in that sweet spot!
@@jeffhanson664 so true I always had to go at least 7 sprays with it and I truly love this scent but for the price point it's just not worth it because of it's poor longevity too bad there wasn't an intense version of it
I'm glad that these houses that create "inspired by" fragrances are getting better as time passes. Listening to your comments on the quality of this house is making me add another house to my list. Thanks for the review!
My wife just grabbed that Wood Sage and Sea Salt clone for me! I had a decant of the original and was devistated when I ran out of it. I hope the clone holds up to it!
I picked up a bottle of their YSL Y and I really like it. I sampled the sauvage clone but i returned that one it was more like sauvage light or sauvage fresh/sport. It didn't have the depth of the dior. They recently upped the prices on some of their frags.
TLTG I'm In. I used the link to check out Dossier's lineup and was impressed how they list all the ingredients completely. It reminded me of a few small breweries that put the entire grain bill/recipe for their beer on the bottle/can. honest, simple transparency.

TLTG I'm In! I really like JM's Wood Sage & Sea Salt but hate the lack of longevity. Dossier's version sounds gorgeous and could quite possibly have better staying power, which would be great!

Ross I've gone thru a full 100ml of jo malone wood sage and sea salt and own a 2nd bottle as well it's my sons and my golfing scent🙂But the woody sage smells almost like 95%close But the dossier lasts hours longer literally and for the price 29$ compared to 145$ jo malone NO BRAINER it's great bro Good review ROSS# just a fan
I need to ask you a nion fragrance question. I am new to the razer shaving my head game how many times do you shave your head per week? ATM i am doing it twice and it still grows back fast and my head does not look clean shaven 7 days a week.

TLTG I’m in. I did Dossier’s 6 for $96 (before they dropped it for Black Friday to 6 for $87 😒). One of them I got was also Woody Sage and Sea Salt. It’s definitely a more unique and unisex scent for me but definitely something I can wear around without offending anyone. Was originally on the fence, but pulled the trigger because A.) they’re made in France, and B.) $16, even for a 50mL, is a steal for a blind buy of a well-made clone. Keep up the great, thorough reviews!

Did you like their smell? As far as quality, do they compare very well to the originals?
@@ismellnice83 when I read FedEx I literally groaned out loud. They used to be the best in the business but sadly, they are now the worst. Ever since they started using SmartPost through the USPS, I can watch my packages bounce around 3 different facilities here in Atlanta before they finally get sent to my local post office for delivery. Sometimes it can be a couple days that they will sit at one facility or the other. Just hang in there, they'll show up eventually.

After thinking about it, I believe this was 2 Black Fridays back when they were still a pretty new company. They had many female fragrances but not that many for men. All their fragrances were $29 no matter what and the bundle deal was 6 for $89 w/ free shipping. In my first (and only other order from them) I had picked up -

Creed Aventus
Tom Ford Oud Wood
I think they all smell really nice and I'm pleased with them for the price I paid. They do a good job of coming close to the real deal. The only notable exception being Eros, it doesn't have the beautiful vanilla I love so much in it. Nobody in the real world would be able to tell the difference I believe. Prior to this, my only clone house experience was Dua Fragrances. Since then I've discovered Scentual Obsessions, Alexandria Fragrances and now my personal favorite Dapper Fragrances. I would recommend trying those houses too. Good luck, it sounds like you picked some nice ones. Hope you like and enjoy them.

I have Woody Oakmoss. Smells just like Adventus. Last Longer than Adventus. Has more Pineapple 🍍 than Adventus. And Cheaper than Adventus. Dossier is a Great clone house. Great Job on the Review. Watch your old reviews a lot.

I like Dossier. I ordered 3 on black Friday for Christmas. Oud Wood, BR540 and Coco Mademoiselle. Love the packaging and the likeness for all of them. Oud Wood was for myself and its great 👍 the other 2 are for my wife but smelled the samples and they both are very accurate scents. My only issue was the time for shipping due to the holidays. No big deal though. Well worth the 💲 guys! TLTG I'm In .....btw 🙂

Got musky green tea in today. Ive got 5 of theirs now. Not a single one has been bad. But this muskygreentea id fire as fk. But I really like the aventus (musky oakmoss) a lot too and the fougere oud is maybe dep on where u put it, its really REALLY R E A L L Y close to oud wood. Which is one of my very favorite frags. Now I gotta try it against sillage.
