What protection are given to wild animals whom we take from their natural habitat and make their life one of misery ? Nothing is done to imitate their natural environment, provide the food that they need to sustain their nutritional & mineral needs, similar climate and temperature that allow them to thrive and be comfortable. Wild animals are susceptable to a high degree of stress when taken from their natural habitat. They are born WILD and the are not designed to be domesticated, unless we provide a similar environment ,food, climate etc. Looking after wild animal is a huge responsibility not to be taken lightly. We are adults -NOT CHILDREN. No thought or plan are given to animal welfare and to promote their quality of life. Animals feel pain, discomfort and stress. They cannot speak but -feel a lot. Where is the humanity in us to treat everything God made with respect and consideration! Don't use animals like toys- they are living, feeling mammals with needs. We have no right as human being, to make animals life a misery for our own ego . There should be strict laws in Trinidad & Tobago that prohibits people behaving irresponsibly and lacking in compassion for animals.
hmmm sounding illegal... getting an illegal vibe from this lol how come no one knows about them ? i mean i live not too far from there so how come no one talks about you guys?... especially with kangaroo ... how . how you guys got a kangaroo, camels ... zebras .. where ? & how u guys got them & how come the other zoo dont have them? sorry.. just real curious-suspicious lol

well it was covered by CnC3 tv and the guardian last year so it can't be that illegal
Anyone can apply for a permit to import animals,they just have to go through the obvious processes...phew..
