🍎 Ingredients:3 apples
100g blueberries
100g strawberries
100g blackberries1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon apple juice
1 tablespoon caster sugar100g plain flour
75g unsalted butter50g brown sugar
50g oats
🥣 Utensils:
2 mixing bowls
Mixing spoon Baking dish (27.5cm x 27.5cm)
📖 Recipe:
1. Peel, core and chop the 3 apples.
2. Chop the strawberries.
3. Place the chopped apples, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries into a mixing bowl (leave a handful of pieces of fruit aside in a container for the ‘Gruffalo’s prickles’).
4. Add the caster sugar, cinnamon and apple juice, into the mixing bowl, with the fruit.
5. Mix the ingredients together.
6. Spoon the fruit mixture into the baking dish.
7. Place the butter and flour into a mixing bowl.
8. Mix and rub the butter and flour together until it looks like crumbs.
9. Add the oats and brown sugar, into the mixing bowl, with the butter and flour.
10. Mix the ingredients together.
11. Spoon the mixture on top of the fruit in the baking dish and evenly cover.
12. Place remaining fruit (set aside in the container) onto the top of the crumble to create the ‘Gruffalo’s prickles’.
13. Preheat the oven at 180c, fan assisted.
14. Place the crumble into the oven for 40 mins.
15. Cool, serve, eat and enjoy!
