To me, the most impressive thing about Juice was his incredible ability in song-making. None of the verses/lyrics in this freestyle are in the actual song “Rental” despite being fire asf which just further shows the limitlessness of his talent. Rental by Jarad Higgins or more casually known as "Juice WRLD" is a 4 minute and 13 second track that was produced by fellow friend, rapper and producer Carl Chaney or more casually known as "Seezyn". It is a fully completed track but has yet to officially release due to the leak of the song happening and because of his entourage around him till this day not supporting his upbeat and hype songs, they have pushed an image onto him and all we can do as fans is sit here and let the friends and family of Jarad commemorate him as the true person he was. 999

In that freestyle vids description it says "November 10th, 2018 at 10:29pm in Hollywood, Ca Juice WRLD did this freestyle before recording Rental." The song has been leaked since October 7th 2020 and since then it's been the most popular/well known juice leak. That being said the juice community (including me) really wants it in the album.🔥

It's a completely separate song he record the actual song "rental" after the freestyle, and y'all should wait to listen to it as there's a very high likely that its on tpne album as it's considered one of his best songs of all time
So Chris long said that he freestyled over the beat for about 20 minutes to get a feel for it then after sat down and recorded the song. He said it was common for him to do these freestyles and they would go back in and pick certain parts out that they liked for the song. But in this freestyle specifically nothing was used for the actual song rental.

This was recorded November or December 2018 I think? Your observation about him being in the zone was very correct, he recorded rental and various other popular unreleased songs on the same night. Someone correct me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure one of the songs off death race for love was recorded on this night as well
