piping into the 'nb' note taking app

The `nb` note-taking application (github.com/xwm...) is a great tool for folks who like working in a unix command-line environment. This video shows how to pipe a file into `nb`. I didn't even know this would work when I tried it ... `nb` has a ton of features, and it is a tool that fits comfortably in the hand.
