@@theharryexperience_ Because the cedi is not strong, it is in their best interest to list the homes US dollar. As of today 1 USD is equivalent to 14 cedis. Just a few days ago it was 18. A $160,000 home will always be that price as long as the USD is strong. I don't know much about it but it seems as if it would benefit Ghanaians to accept USD and exchange them for cedis when you can get more cedis for US dollar.

Maya you should be the contact person for the diaspora people coming home who need help finding out who to call for permits etc. All the they have to do is pay you a fee and you would connect them to the right person. You would be the diaspora settlement help contact person. I know that you would not be able to be there everyday all you need is to rent an office and hire two persons to run the business.
