If u hear knocking on the door it is the intruder so u might wana start closing the light and hide

came here because I could not figure out the power out thing. Is that a room that only opens when the power is out? I've never seen it before.
Edit: I just started playing again and the power went out while I was on the cams and I had to hit a button on the computer to reset the power. I think they changed the mechanic and this video is outdated. They also didn't change their instruction book.
