    yup. im at the gym 4-5 days a week. i do 30-45 min of cardio and 30-45 min lifting. ....not losing weight but gaining LOTS of muscle. i still have a beer gut but my arms and shoulders are swelling...lol. the only time im not hungry is when i take the last bite of food...lol. other than that im fighting my hunger all damn day man so i know what u mean. im not angry at all but that me be due to me not having anything in my life to cause anger....(a nagging girlfriend will do it) ..lol
