  • While working from home I decided to smoke a 9lb pork butt for something else to do other than working from home. Started out by using the Pit Boss Pro Series Sweet Rib Rub on this pork shoulder for the first time and turned out great!! Total cook time was 8hrs, the first 5 hours were at a temp of 250 and after the wrap i bumped it up to 275 just to ensure when mama bear got home dinner was ready. So with the rest time in a cooler it was right around 9 1/2 hours. Just remember do what ya love to do and be you!!!
    Note a couple days later we discovered it goes great in quesadilla's and omelets!!!!

    poor quality sound. don't need to hear about issues with dog getting into smoker supplies and not be prepared (water jug)
