    *Chicken Biryani:*
    Ingredients:
    - 1 and 1/4 cups of basmati rice
    - 7-8 pieces of chicken
    - 3 onions (2 sliced and 1 chopped for blending)
    - 2 tomatoes, sliced
    - 10g of biryani masala (1/2 of a 20g biryani masala packet)
    - 4 tablespoons oil
    - 1-inch piece of ginger
    - 8-9 cloves of garlic
    - 1/4 tsp chili powder
    - 1 tsp coriander powder
    - 7-8 green chilies (5 for blending and 2 slits)
    - Whole spices (cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves or palav leaves)
    - Salt to taste
    - A handful of coriander leaves
    - A handful of mint leaves
    - 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    Instructions:
    1. Rinse and soak the rice.
    2. Blend 5 green chilies, 1 onion, 7 cloves of garlic, 1-inch piece of ginger, coriander leaves, and mint leaves finely.
    3. In a cooker, heat 4 tbsp of oil, add whole spices, 2 sliced onions, slit 2 green chilies, sliced tomatoes, and salt, and sauté until golden for 2 to 3 mins.
    4. Add chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and the blended mixture, and biryani powder, then add chicken pieces and fry for 2-3 mins.
    5. Add 1 and 1/4 small glasses of rice, add 2 and 1/4 same glasses of water, and close the cooker, letting it whistle 1 time.
    6. Once the cooker cools down, mix the biryani so that all the masala is blended.
    *Mosaru Bajji (Curd Bajji):*
    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup of curd
    - 1 onion, chopped
    - A handful of coriander leaves, chopped
    - 2 green chilies, chopped
    - A pinch of sugar
    - Salt to taste
    Instructions:
    1. Mix curd with all the ingredients mentioned thoroughly.
    *Kabab:*
    Ingredients:
    - 500g chicken (medium-cut pieces)
    - 20 g kabab powder (1 packet)
    - 1/2 tsp chili powder
    - 4 green chilies
    - 5-6 cloves of garlic
    - 1-inch piece of ginger
    - 2 tbsp of maida flour
    - 2 tbsp of corn flour
    - 1 egg
    - Salt to taste
    - Oil for frying
    Instructions:
    1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and marinate for 15 mins.
    2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kababs.
    3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kababs until golden brown on both sides.
