Case IH is a brand of agricultural equipment. It was created in 1985 when Tenneco bought selected assets of the agricultural division from International Harvester and merged it into its J.I. Case Company (IH itself then became Navistar.) Today Case IH is owned by CNH Industrial, which in turn is financially controlled by the Italian investment company Exor, which belongs to the Agnelli family.
Case IH offers agricultural equipment, financial services, as well as parts and service support for farmers and commercial operators through a network of dealers and distributors.
Productivity enhancing products include tractors; combines and harvesters; hay and forage equipment; tillage tools; planting and seeding systems; sprayers and applicators; and site-specific farming tools. Case IH has won many AE50 awards from the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers, ASABE, for their products.
Some of Case IH's most famous equipment models include Axial-Flow combines, Magnum tractors, Steiger and Farmall.
Case IH history began when, in 1842, Jerome Case founded Racine Threshing Machine Works on the strength of his innovative thresher. In 1869 Case expanded into the steam engine business and, by 1886, Case was the world's largest manufacturer of steam engines. The company's founder died in 1891 at the age of 72. In 1892, Case was the first company to build a diesel-powered tractor.
In 1911, The J.I. Case Company had three cars in the first Indianapolis 500.
In 1967, Tenneco purchased J.I. Case, continuing to market the products under the Case name.

Always love the sound of those 2388 awesome
I will be adding up all of the combines, tractors & grains carts that I caught this harvest and will try to produce some highlight/favorite and comparison videos. It seems that the 2388 is a popular combine-I caught a number of them. Here is another: ua-cam.com/video/BgNeOd3X6aw/v-deo.html Thanks for watching.
Oque preciso pra ter uma oportunidade de conhecer e trabalhar em teu país ?
Sou técnico em mecânica de máquinas case ..........tenhos 3 máquinas pra prestar serviço de colheita .
Kind of cool that they have paved roads in farming country like that . Wonder if they ever have road restrictions on in the spring .
Nice! I'm not used to such small road ditches. :)
This combine is waking up some good old memorys from my childhood deep iside of me when my neighbor had such a combine to. Now he only has a Fendt combine that sounds way more like a turbine and not like a nice cummins motor sound
Please for the machines sake turn the head on before you turn on the combine
Man those 2388's always sounded so good.
I enjoyed a great video let's be friends 😊🤩🤩

That header makes the same squeaking noise as mine when you lift it up !!
Q maquinon esos 280 bien puesto!
Que delícia hein linda
Nothing hotter than a 2388 engine sound! I'm surprised the country don't throw a fit with the crops that close to the road. No trouble so far?
That was a fun chase! Thanks for watching! #harvestchaser
I like this engine sounds good
want to know why city folks hate farmers? watch how this guy's truck is parked going the wrong way on the highway while waiting to get loaded with no triangles, nothing. good thing everyone else gets to pay taxes to keep this private lane open for him. then to make it many times worse the combine operator drives his 30' wide head across the road to cut a narrow slot next to a power pole. good thing nobody needs to use the road.
David Bell 😂😂😂
lol You're funny Davey. Farmers pay taxes too.
@david bell. Don’t talk with your mouth full!
It’s obvious you’ve never actually had to WORK a day in your _________ life! Damn, talk about a self centered individual! I’m sure you’re a great example for your kids...
God forbid you have to slow down briefly on a Country road while a self employed individual works his ass off to overcome the weather, poor grain prices just to pay his bills and feed his family. BTW, if you have a problem with Farmers then grow your own food! My guess is that you’d starve to death. Feel free to stay in the city too, we don’t need your kind out here in the Country.
city folks hate everybody including city folks so God made a farmer
