One of my earliest memories is of riding the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disney Land (as a small child in 1974) and being terrified by the talking skull and the drop that followed. I screamed but my dad held me tight and everything was okay. Then the magic of all that followed was amazing. I attribute this memory to the reason why I love Disney to this day. Being there makes me feel like a kid all over again and all my visits since that first time have layered into a lovely collage. Listening to this music is an unexpected gift. Thank you for posting it here.
Absolutely love that story! It really is amazing how something as simple as a song can take you back to a memory. Thank you for sharing! I’m so glad you enjoy the video!
CameraGuy for CaliKim29 - @kanealoha I could not have said this any better. Mahalo. My experience to the T! December 4th, 1971. I remember it like yesterday. Staring at "Old Bill" or simply "The Old Man" in his rocking chair in the Blue Bayou. I wanted to see inside his cajun style house so bad!!!. Losing my breath on the first drop to the woman known as "Constance Hatchaway telling the Mayor Carlos "Don't be chicken". (She appears in the Haunted Mansion portion of the ride a bride ghost holding a hatchet, and she is associated with the recurring line, "Here comes the bride.") @Neverland Blonde....brilliant idea with what you are doing on your channel. When viewers are subbing and leaving comments like these....you are doing something people want. Subbed.
This music, and its sense of happy anticipation, reminds me of the quote from a Jane Austen book, "The sublime expectation of happiness, which is happiness itself". Thank you for uploading the groove. 💕
Really enjoying the creativity and cleverness behind this. The part of the song highlighted is captivating and nostalgic, but discrete and mellow enough to be looped again and again without it growing old 😍
oh man. i know practically nothing about the ride and the original pirate stuff outside of the movies that were made off of them later on , but this song feels nostalgic to me and I've never even heard it. Like a part of my disney childhood that I have never actually experienced before until now
Hi Neverland Blonde... Thank you for putting your BGM videos together for all of us to enjoy! I always have bgm going while I'm working here in my office. I love Disney vibes, so again... TY!
Because this song and the overture from The Jungle Book were both composed by George Bruns and both feature the bass flute instrument playing similar notes.
Thanks so much for my peace 🕊️ of Disney plus lol 😆 love pirates favorite ride of all time yeayyy Disney ..so always enjoyable big shout out to ya. And Hala.. thanks 💯

I just uploaded a new one that I created over the weekend with inspiration from the Na'vi River Journey, I hope it's something like what you had hoped for, and it takes you back to Disney memories! :-)
As a college kid in his 20s, this reminds me of vacation as a kid to study with. Thank you!
So glad this can bring back the memories for you!
I graduated a few months ago and this music got me through so many study and work sessions across 4 years. Good luck with your studies!

@CaliKim29 I love hearing these stories! I am so humbled to know that my channel is inspiring these memories for people. Thank you 😊
Before they ruined the ride totally
The cool indoor breeze carrying the sweet scent of chlorine… it’s all coming back to me!
Fun fact: they use bromine instead of chlorine, which is part of what makes the smell so distinct 🤓
@@the_mackshack You’re right, and I totally forgot! Ahhh, bromine. It always made me itch after using their pools 😅
I'm loving the A.I. amalgam of a pirate ship, the keel boats, a shack in the everglades, a stone fortress river launch...

this is perfect waiting music

This is amazing! I had wedding portraits done in the pirate ride, and this takes me back to that moment ❤. I can smell the chlorine now.
Oh that sounds so fun! I’d love to see photos like that! 😍
Such perfect music
Thank you, I’m happy you enjoyed the video 😊
So nostalgic!!! 🥺❤️
Completely agree!! 🎵 💞
I can smell the jambalaya from the blue bayou 😋
Yes! My favorite 🤩
this makes super happy
I'm pretty sure this is my natural habitat. I love it!!!!!! :D
Why does this reminds me of Jungle Book?
Because this song and the overture from The Jungle Book were both composed by George Bruns and both feature the bass flute instrument playing similar notes.
My family just noticed the same thing. Very similar to the Jungle Book Overture.
This feels more like what you would hear from a tropical scene from a Gary Anderson show.....
ABSOLUTELY LOVE 💙 ❤️

@@neverlandblonde Well I did get a pirate named after me captain Morgan and I was sense Jack Sparrow for Halloween .
