Be careful taking your tongue ring out, some people can leave it out for months and it doesn’t close, but I also know someone who had it for 8 years and took it out when he got arrested and within the 5 hours it took to bail him out, it had closed enough that he couldn’t get the bar back thru, just fyi

Just to say we are not ment to eat to much vegetables our digestive system is not built for it! We have k9s for a reason not only that our appendix is far to small to cope with it! Our brain is made pretty much of water protein and mainly colestoral by starving your body of colestoral you are in reality starving your brain of the nutrients you need! vegetables are water and carbohydrates bread is carbohydrates and pasta cut those out! Only eat a small amount of vege! Drink water instead! I don't like the fact animals have to die for me to eat but going against nature never ends well! Dogs are omnivorous but they mainly need meat! Even panda eat meat! And so will gorillas when they get the opportunity! If you can't bring yourself to eat meat I totally get it but make sure you are supplementing your diet with all the the things you would get from the meat! I'm not being a dick either there is allot of disinformation on meat negatively and positive for veganism do proper research I know people who have become sick due to their vegan diet!
