vero - Metropolis

Inspired by the iconic German movie Metropolis from 1927 by Fritz Lang. If you don't know this film, made nearly a hundred years ago, you should definitely watch it. You might also find some elements there, which have been re-used or re-interpreted in other famous movies, like Blade Runner.
For the lyrics, we used a style called "Palindrome Poetry", where you can read for meaning in two ways - from top to bottom and then bottom to top. It's a never ending circle, just like our society seems to circle without ever coming to a final point.

Technology, our hopeful emissary,
