What had happened was when someone would steal my credentials or identity to steal a business and I would end up in other countries ... Some other countries felt I was entitled to an identity and basic level of human existence so they would give me identity ... This is also a UN human right declaration; however their beliefs from the country might have been part of the origin of the UN standard. Changing my theoretical nationality in the meantime, so I could get care and shelter. That lasted only a week and the identity was possibly assumed when I figured out how to get back to the US.
