I am currently using ulano orange and a make shift dark room. I'm so nervous to use it in normal light but I think I'll give it a go towards end of bucket. It would make life sooo much easier! Thanks for video!!!

how long was your exposure time on your light box? thanks!
What LPI u running? Playing around with halftones. Getting ok results at 40 LPI. But I'm using a pure photopolymer. 12 sec exposure. Diazo is more forgiving. However a 2 or 3 month shelf life.... 😮 need more shelf life than that. Great video!!😊
How long does it takes to dry before exposure? I’m really interested, especially when you coated the screen on one side.

Do you print with plastisol or water based inks? Ulano states that their orange emulsion resists “some water-based textile inks”… just wondering based off your experience. Thanks bro.
Ulano Trifecta is what you want for water based if you don't want to deal with 2 part systems.
hey bro i used ecotex and i’ve had a complete nightmare, haven’t been able to get it out hopefully the unlok removed it tomorrow but what emulsion remover do you use for this?
Same here been trying Ecotex AP Blue and its been a nightmare, going to switch over to Ulano Orange now.

@@provoked8220 you can’t remove it imo, i tried time after time & invested a lot of money into chemicals and even a pressure wassure & i wasn’t able to remove it without completely destroying the screens ( i had 5 screens covered in the emulsion) so much money down the drain with that stupid stuff 🤦🏻♂️ you’re gonna need new screens dude sadly
Leave it in bleach for 10 minutes laying down. Then add degreaser.
How long do I need to expose the emulsion?
90 secs, but depends on your set up and climate
Why is they multiple emulsion colors?
because they all cure differently, some are 2 step where you have to mix, some are extremely sensitive to UV, the ulano orange is the best that ive used
