Timo Boldt, Founder and CEO of Gousto and Cambridge Judge Business School Executive MBA 2014 alum is interviewed by Dr Kamiar Mohaddes, Associate Professor in Economics & Policy at Cambridge Judge Business School, and Co-Director of the King’s Entrepreneurship Lab at King’s College, Cambridge, as Gousto celebrates its 10-year anniversary, reflecting on the last decade and exploring what the future might hold.
Timo reflects on his personal journey and time in Cambridge as an EMBA student, and how Gousto and the wider ‘recipe-in-a-box’ sector has been affected by the pandemic over the last few years.
He shares how technology and AI helps Gousto stay ahead of the game, what being a B Corp means for the company, and how important sustainability and mitigating food waste is in his business model.
Timo concludes the interview by sharing his thoughts on navigating the current inflationary environment, and his advice for budding entrepreneurs in our CJBS community.
