Hm, I feel like they for sure have to have some, but I honestly am not super educated on Vegan options. My best recommendation would be that all the cruise lines do ask if you have dietary needs/restrictions and they will 110% accommodate for those so they'll make sure she has plenty of vegan choices while on board!
I'm going on the carnival panorama and I was wondering what the best food items there was in the morning at the buffet. also do they have a soft serve ice cream machine? if they do are there crew members that do it for you or is it a do it yourself thing?
Hi Hank! There is a soft serve machine that is self-serve and it's in the lido buffet area. It's hard to say about the best food items because overall the breakfast buffet is fairly small compared to other larger ships, but it also depends on what you consider to be good breakfast foods. The eggs-made-to-order is usually a good option though and they consistently had bacon/sausage. Hope this helps!
