our class used thus during quarantine and I think it really helped to understand

a splendid explanation the visual demonstration really helped
Is marram a pioneer species? My Y9 class know its in the foredunes not the embyo dunes.
At Studland Marram grass definitely grows in the yellow dunes as well as the embryo dunes, however this maybe different in other dune systems. Thanks for your comment.
Beautiful

Marram grass is NOT a pioneer species of embryo dunes. It only exists in yellow dunes, along with Sea Lyme Grass.
