I love it when Ongbal changes phase along with the boss, and I absolutely adore how he dodges the Waterfowl Dance in increasingly intricate ways, just to show off 😌

Man, Pippa Bennett-Warner's voice acting is so good. I was so flustered with this fight to realize it when I first fought her. Now that I can fully appreciate it, her deliveries are so fucking good.

Other bosses from your no HUD fights looked like at least they possess some threat to you because they have hyper armor and so their attacks cannot be interrupted unless stagger, but this is just humiliation. Nicely done, as always

@@vongolamistowl ofc it's better when you already spend some time learning how to avoid her ultimate attack but you can't learn it from your own fight. You need to check youtube cause the only thing you can do by yourself in first playthrough is just run from her. This attack is so unintuitive and dumb so it's ruining all your experience. You literally just hate her and want to end this suffering as fast as possible.

I still can't dodge Waterfowl Dance at the Close Range, but with enought practice I believe I could beat her Damageless at this moment (I beat her at RL 1 and She's the hardest boss I've fought probably, EVER, 3 damn days of agony, no cheesing). This fight is just always exciting!
I don't know *why* I'm surprised he hit her during her waterfowl dance in phase 2, but I was, at least the first time. Then I rewatched that part a few times and said "Oh yeah, theres totally like, at *least* 2 or 3 frames there you could fit an attack in, ONGBAL can squeese something in there *easily* what am I even surprised about.
U are insane but the details are even more amazing, the fact that u ended phase1 as the OST ended perfectly was so satisfying to me. Also the fighting skills are just out of this world
I never realised it before but the phase 2 cutscene is your tarnished being confused why the light of grace isn't telling them to go somewhere different either than or something about miquellas hole is intoxicating

5:00 I never realized until I fought her, but the camera focus on the shape of Miquella and then focus on Malenia, like they were looking at each other. Then when she spreads her wings, it looks like she is protecting her brother standing in front of you.
This fight , either she overwhelms us with all her combos/flurry attacks or we outsmart her with our play style/skill. Despite, how amazing Malenia boss battle is and ONGBAL absolutely destroying her every single time , it's nowhere close to GODFREY !!
