Im Portuguese but Everton is my team since I were a kid that saw a blue team facing the mighty liverpool, loosing but putting up a very hard winning. From that day on Everton FC became my team!

Been rewatching this game over and over again. The passion, fight, atmosphere - this is Everton. This is what we have been missing. Surely rafas getting sacked and I wish to see Dunc take up atleast until the end of the season.
I've supported the club for over 60 years, and this is one of my favourite moments.
I was crying tears of joy watching the match, beautiful stuff.

I'm all for giving him a few games but I think passion can only get you so far.. a big help but Away matches when you don't have the fans being as amazing as they were against Chelsea. One day I hope he gets it, I think he would be a brilliant no.2, getting involved and learn about the managerial aspect
@@jamieh3100 yeah people have to have realistic expectations he won't win every match probably not even close especially with the the upcoming matches just any improvement as he settles in and gets used to the job would be great
For me this was the defining moment in Everton Football Club in recent times. Like when Heath got the winner against Oxford in '83-84. An absolute legend changed the mood of 40,000+ people in 90 mins. Every single player wore their heart on their sleeve and played with passion, and came off the field with the biggest smile . Since this day we've gone from strength to strength. Duncan Ferguson you should be proud of what you achieved and will long live in the memory of Evertonians.

I'm no Everton fan but that's what can happen when someone is passionate about a club. Loved Dunc as a player and think he would have all the qualities to take you forward. He would get 50% more out of those players than anyone else could.

I grew up idolising big dunc and he can still bring a tear to my eye at 37 years old! We need a manager that the players would die for. Would they for perria, anchelotte, and whoever else? One things for sure they would big dunc and if they didn’t they would get anywhere near Goodison. Every successful team needs to give 110% and buy into the manager. COYB

I think Marcel Brands will have certain managers in mind who he thinks will suit Everton. Just been going over his career and choices for managers, there is no one out there at the moment that I think we can get that suits Everton.
