Hello, I am currently living in Bucaramanga and yes it is say however, you do have to know Spanish. This is not like a Bogota or Cartagena. It’s not a very touristy place so you need Spanish otherwise you will struggle.

@@ba8898 hay una parte del centro que es más segura como la zona histórica y de edificios gubernamentales. Existen más zonas de la ciudad más agradables como Cabecera del llano, real de minas, cañaveral o cacique.
