    I have been watching your channel for a long time now but I have never commented. I just wanted to tell you that I think you do a wonderful job as a wife and mother and of course grandmother. I love listening to your calm voice and I love the fact that you never put on airs and graces like some you tubers do. I also love your faith in God. You are a woman to be admired and respected and could teach many other women quite a bit. I would be absolutely exhausted if I was in your shoes so much respect to you. Keep up the good work and please take care of yourself. God bless you and your family. ❤💚🧡

    We call dagwood dogs corn dogs in the US. They're a great item to eat and walk around at carnivals, fairs, amusement parks or even at home. Great meat haul!

    Hasn’t the price of meat gone up its just crazy. I wanted a whole Chicken and the supermarket was advertising it at $5.90 a kilo couldn’t believe it. I think you do a wonderful job with your family meals thankfully my family is smaller and my teens have hollow legs and no way would 1 to 2 sausages do lol! Another great video thank you❤️

    1 sausage is not enough every 6 months I buy a pack of 24 and separate them into freezer bags with 2 to 3 in each. I am not a big red meat eater. I can get about 8 meals out of it.

    Plain freezer bags are cheaper. I also wash them out and I reuse the ziplock bag again.

    And your sausages we call hot dogs and sausage is usually ground pork served as breakfast food

    • @TheBonellFamily
      @TheBonellFamily  6 місяців тому

      We have ‘breakfast sausages’ which are made from pork
      We have our regular beef sausages (I know they look like your hotdogs but they are not the same)
      We can buy American hotdogs here
      On our hotdogs we use frankfurts (they’re red in colour)
      I explain and show the differences in a lot of our grocery haul videos
      They often get confused one for the other 😂
      It’s always amazing to me the differences between foods in different countries

    2 1/2 cups of cooked ground beef = 1 lb raw. Very, very hand when you cook a huge pack of hamburger from Sam's or Costco. I wonder what it would work out to for kg?

    When I need to stretch my sausages I will slice them all and brown them up a bit. Then I can use 6-7 to feed 9 of us instead of 1 while one each

    The word butcher in the USA, means you actually take in your own animals and they do the butchering and cutting custom to your liking, stores like this are few and far between and are called meat markets
