Iranian TV host stabbed outside home in London

U.K.-based Iranian news anchor Pouria Zeraati was stabbed repeatedly outside of his home in London this week. Zeraati hosts a show on the Persian-language television news channel Iran International, which is critical of Iran's government. Zeraati is said to be in stable condition and is recovering in hospital.

There is no reason to pin it on the Iranian government especially when it has dissociated itself from the act. Why try to strike fear and then deny you are responsible ? The truth is more complicated. There are some very patriotic Iranians living in the west, and whatever they might think of the ayatollahs, they are angry with those Iranians who are attacking their homeland. It's not just Iranians who feel that way. They feel angry enough to physically attack such quislings. Moreover, if the Iranian government was really involved, the chap would be in a morgue today, and not in a normal ward. He's not even in ICU. This could even be a false flag setup.
