You are buying the wrong soy sauce. I am Vietnamese and we always have soy sauce in our pantry and it doesn’t go bad. I buy the Maggi brand and not the cheap one, but the one that is more expensive and it is good. Don’t refrigerate it. Put in a dark cool place like the pantry.

Unfortunately the most I’ve ever been able to afford is Coach Outlet items when they have great sales. So if you ever get tired of any of your bags. Please remember I would love to own it. LOL. I have the same Prada backpack in navy and I love it! I use when we go to my daughters’ horse shows and it gets so dusty and dirty and I toss it into the washing machine with a load of towels and it come out fabulous!
