You can get one from www.tramfabriek.nl . If your points have current, it will work well. Without current I don't think so. You could connect a wagon behind it, which is taking power from its wheels as well and forwarding this power with wires to the loco.

Model is printed by Shapeways, not my own. I used the material FUD.
Why model? Print a full size tram.
Where can someone get this Shell or the 3D file to print?
