Thank you! The "knees down" refers to the early stage of the recovery, where your pelvis should rotate forward significantly. Essentially: bring your upper body forward into its final forward lean angle, while your knees are still (almost) extended. This is not possible for many, however, just the intention has great effects on your body weight distribution.
