- Mtn Dew Green Label Films and Burton Snowboards have teamed up once again with professional snowboarder Danny Davis to create the newest installment of PEACE PARK. Now in its fourth installment, this year’s PEACE PARK offers elite riders a massive snowboard playground with endless new transitions and jumps including a half mile roller run, a 60 foot BBQ road gap, a quarter pipe measuring over 100 feet long and 22 feet high, a 22 foot bowl measuring 100 feet in diameter and more - all designed on Danny’s terms. Built and filmed in the West Tetons of Wyoming, this year’s groundbreaking snowboard park is inspired by Danny’s creative vision and takes cues from skateboarding and surfing.

+Max Nettamo They probably used camera stabilization equipment similar to, or possibly the same as, what was used in making the skateboarding film _We Are Blood_.
If you search this on UA-cam ( *Travelogue - We Are Blood | Part 4: Brazil* ) and start at 2m 10s, you see the first the trick filmed using that stabilization equipment, then a shot of that same trick from another camera that shows you what that equipment is, as the filmer run-walks follow-filming.
In another making of _We Are Blood_ clip, Ty Evans talked about that equipment: what it is and who made it. I haven’t been able to find that other clip for this reply. What it does is negates/cancels motion in, I think, all directions, so the camera stabilization’s incredible.
When you watch the skateboarding filmed with that equipment, the filmer run-walks and it is super smooth filming. Juxtapose that with the follow-filming in this _Peace Park_ film: just think of how much _smoother_ riding a snowboard on snow is compared to run-walk follow-filming skateboarding.
That should give you a good idea on how this snowboarding was filmed. That said, this follow-filming snowboarding was INCREDIBLE. Just amazing.

Every move on this video makes me want to cry. I broke my neck 12 years ago, and there's not a day that goes by that I spend two seconds without thinking of flowing down mountain like a bird. It's absolute ecstasy, and an escape from reality which I think all of them, you, I have experienced. This is epic!

Peace Park is an absolutely sick video, I was pretty good skater some 200 centuries ago and love watching this video. Done a lot of half pipe back then and some quarter pipe and ramp stuff, but would love to have learned snowboarding years ago. I now watch and dream the days I could do tricks and grabs. Rock on guys. Have fun. going to learn to snowboard this year at 43 and hopefully do begin at some point in the next year or so to do some small jumps and rails, but nothing like this. Keep it up and keep inspiring young riders. You Guys Rock.
