Can I compete for the WIN out of the TIN RIG? (James River Tournament Footage)

I fished a benefit tournament on the James River for the local special Olympics chapter here in VA last weekend. Fishing was pretty good despite a few missed opportunities. I ended up finishing up 2nd with 16.25 lbs .
