I wish I could sleep cuddle with my dogs. They're too jealous of each other. Lol. Hey, nothing wrong with using matches, especially after a long day! Your supper looked so good. That's a great spot too. Your headlamp looks great in the dark. It's always spooky to watch someone on youtube with a headlamp on in the dark, because you never know if there will be a jumpscare, or an animal pop out, or something else scary. 😂 You called it- you were dehydrated. Muscle cramps are the first sign of dehydration. I'm glad that you were able to safely evacuate and rest it up. Great video! 😃💚👊

It was formulated by a doctor to treat dehydration in third world countries. Don’t give up. After you mend head on back. Take care.
Great hike , its a shame how much people disrespect a beautiful area. I was hoping you didn't cut eating with the knife it was making me nervous . I have made utensils out of sticks a few times dahhh forgot my fork. It was great camp always better with a four legged friend , hope the knee is ok .

22:10 dehydration, and depletion of magnesium, can cause you to cramp up really bad make sure to be taken a magnesium supplement and drink plenty of water

That might be a good thing to start carrying. My leg cramp was so bad you would have thought a bear was chasing me out of the tent
