  • Safety and security is very important. As a black man who has been living in China for a couple of years, I've had lots of experiences, just like any other foreigner can have worldwide, whether you're in America, Europe, Africa or the rest of Asia, i'm sure your priority is your security first then everything comes after that.
    I made this video in Shenzhen, China to show a 24 hour experience of being not just a black man but a foreigner living in China.
    My aim of making this video is just to share my personal experience and make sure everyone understands the reality on ground. No country is perfect, but at least when you are comfortable and happy with your stay anywhere, it definitely feels good.

    U can see that Chinese are peaceful, this won’t happen if they have an hard time earning and living. Ordinary people are mostly kind, I think it is the case everywhere all around the world. It’s just some of those politicians trying to use propaganda to stop other countries from becoming better. Also those online haters who feeds on hatred also help spreading rumours about any places that the mainstream media are targeting (for nothing good in return!). If people keep supporting governments who don’t really care for the people but just spend their efforts to create diplomatic conflicts to redirect attentions, there will be more and more unnecessary wars.

    Be careful with the America-China comparisons when you aren’t American. Africans and Black Americans are not the same and our experiences in China are different.
    Africans can speak more languages which makes things much easier. As a Black American who speaks 3 languages, I loved how you flowed through French, mandarin and English!

    • @WilleneBusinessLifestyle
      @WilleneBusinessLifestyle  Рік тому +11

      You’re right. Although I must correct you. I’m not American, but I have friends and family who are and they have tons of experiences daily. Also you’re very wrong when you say Africans and African Americans are not the same because the world sees us all as black whether we like it or not. For example, when you’re in China or anywhere in the world everyone sees you as black, it’s not written on your forehead, ‘African American or African’.
      Again, when/if an African American or African does something wrong in a specific location, all blacks are looked at in a bad way, not just ‘African Americans or Africans.
      Talking about speaking more languages, I’ve seen Black Americans who speak more languages than myself…English, Spanish, French and more. I think it’s just a personal thing.
      Nonetheless, I truly appreciate your insight. My aim of making these videos is to create awareness for all and help make sure my friends or family not just in the US but worldwide can be respected equally. I don’t think the actions of a set of people in a race should define the whole race. It’s sad that everyone can’t live together in harmony but what I can tell you is this, with these videos that we make and comments like yours, we can all work together to try to make the world a better place. At the end of the day, no one will be here forever, so why the hate? I hope the world heals. 💙🕊️

      According to FBI statistics (2015), a person is kidnapped within US territory every 75 minutes. Aggravated assault every 28 minutes. Theft, every 40 seconds. Sexual violation, every 45 minutes. And every two hours, someone is killed by gunshot, knife, or blunt weapon. (Deaths in car accidents are not included in the FBI statistics.) On the other hand, in China, with a population almost five times larger than the US, the statistics for kidnapping, robbery, rape or murders do NOT account for even one tenth of the crimes that occur each year only in California. Mr. Michael Moore: "The best country in the world" now has 60 million people living below the poverty line. I am concerned about the 20 million addicts, homeless and the millions of sentenced prisoners. We have the highest incarceration rate in the world. More than Nicaragua, Cuba, Korea, and China combined. Our rate is almost 5 times the OECD average. I am concerned that "The best country in the world" is in 32th place with respect to the number of medics (doctors) on the planet. I am concerned that we do not distinguish between private wealth (1.7%), and public misery (almost 35%)...". Even so, it is still believed that the US is the example to follow as a nation. So... Is the United States Safer and Freer than China? Good question. In fact, it is a very interesting question, considering that the US Gov't is a "Repressive State". Neither in China, nor in Korea, nor in Cuba, the Police Officers are armed. In US, a Police Officer has on his waist, a military caliber pistol, 50 rounds of ammunition, Taser, Gas, Baton and Handcuffs. Here, at home, in the US, the Police kill. So the question is: Here, at home, in the US, are we Free and Safe? NO!!!
