    Wonderful example of what all these interesting plants look like at maturity and what they can work for your business. So informative. Thank you for explaining each one. So much to learn about these plants and how they grow. I wish you much success in your business Jocelyn. You are doing a great job. If you ever get a chance to go to the Atlanta Gift show in January or July you would love to visit the garden showrooms. This is a trade show only open to businesses and you would be amazed at all the ideas you would get by visiting. It would definitely be worth your while. I owned a gift store in a mall for many, many years with a payroll of 11-12 employees and it was our go to for so many years. Thank you my friend for explaining all the varieties you grew for your business.

    You grow an amazing amount of variety! I also love this series and appreciate you sharing what you've liked or disliked about each flower.
    I grew the same purple gomphrena mix you have and also took some of last years blooms and started them from seed. They were true to their parent plant and grew great for me this year. Peace and good vibes :)

    Jocelyn try growing the eucalyptus in the green house over the winter or in your house, it will grow bigger and you will be able to use it in your bouquets. I love all the flowers you are growing. Thanks for all the information about the the flowers, very useful and helpful. Use the gomphreana to make wreaths it holds up really good dry as you found out yourself.

If you want to grow other varieties next year I really love the double click and apricotta series. Thanks for sharing and I really find it helpful seeing them fresh vs dried. I am so glad you like seeing the fresh next to the dried! Dried are such a big part of my life so it’s so important to me how they dry! You should definitely try to dry some and do crafts. It’s so fun! Thank you so much for watching and your kind comments and I really appreciate it! 🥰

    I use the cosmos Double Click variety, they look beautiful in the gardens but they take forever to flower (up to 90 days, northern Michigan) so I stopped cutting them and just enjoy them in August and September.

    I think there's a chance you could overwinter the eucalyptus. I've heard of it coming back for people sometimes the top dies off but comes back from the ground. I forget the area and zone you're in, I think it likes dry conditions to successfully overwinter.

    • @plantlifefarm
      @plantlifefarm Рік тому

      Oh that’s a really good idea. I am not sure if you could over winter that! That would be so nice if it would come back every year then I wouldn’t have to worry about it being such a slow grower maybe! I live in a zone five B like on the west side of Michigan between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo! Thank you so much for those tips and for watching I really appreciate it! 🥰
