HOLY BONKERS WE JUST HIT 2000- I never knew we ended up going THIS FAR in just one single year. We were only on a mere 260 at the start of 2024, and now look where we are, ALMOST EIGHT TIMES of an increase from the previous year. UBD hit its second anniversary once we hit 500 or so, and only FOUR months ago we reached 1000, I thought it was going to take much longer to get to the next thousand, but no. That is what I call true dedication, Puff. Almost reminds me of working on my G6 sprite pack back in 2023 (though I only got to about 440 or so before I stopped). Now UBD is completely level with Giga Different, and it won’t be long until it retakes the throne for the largest Uncannyblocks band (Different) series on scratch. Phase 12 is also reached, meaning we actually managed to get through the massive phase 7-8 slog and EVEN phase 10, the end of the original template. Phase 13 and 14 are also just around the corner as well. Besides, we even had people doing OoMs all the way to Decillions and Vigintillions, and many other stuff too, so it’s nice to see how much the UBD sub-community has grown. And for the future, we might be lucky enough to see 3000 being reached, maybe *possibly* 4000, but that’s unlikely. The whole band from 0-2000 is more than 4 HOURS now, which is a long time. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for UBD. It may not be perfect, but it’s something to keep in mind.
