I wasn’t expecting to relate to this video, but I didn’t realize until watching it - I don’t actually know anyone else who lives on a different continent than their Mum! My Mum and I are extremely close, and have lived on different continents from one another for 6 years now. When your Mum talked about missing you I started to cry, because… well, nobody I know gets it. She’s coming for a visit in a couple of weeks and I can’t wait to see her. I saw her less than a year ago (and the year prior we visited 3 times!), but each time is such a treasure. My heart is bursting for you guys that you get to have this wonderful quality time together 🤍

I'd love a video dedicated on your choice to move abroad and how you reckon with leaving your family for extended periods of time. I also am in the same situation, so no judgement at alllll, but I think we who have done this all have a similar experience and with that comes expat/immigrant guilt. It would be so nice hearing how you deal with it

Ive always wondered about your accent 😂 because you sound exactly like my Italian friend who moved to England when she was about 12, so she's picked up our English accent but there's an Italian twang to it still 😂

Villa’s accent is fake. I personally think her real voice is super soothing! Wish she’d slowly drop the fake one… maybe someday ❤❤❤
@@shellyep Me too! She accidentally uploaded an unedited video once & she was speaking to someone in the background in her normal accent and it was lovely!
Villa did the fake accent when she started the channel to help hide her identity and now it’s just become part of who she is! She’s from California (I believe) originally
I know you want to stay anonymous and don’t want to use your real voice… but can you rethink it? I hate your accent and your natural accent sounds soooo much better you have a really nice voice! Please reconsider! Love your videos!

@@AmandaLB86 I used to love it but now it’s just annoying. And I’m asking now because the reason she uses an accent is because she had a friend who had a UA-cam channel and they were getting harassed, which is why she’s staying anonymous. But she’s started showing her husband and now mom, plus there are videos of her speaking normally so it’s not like she’s completely against the idea.
I didnt know her accent was fake till this vid 😭 it's her channel so she can do whatever she wants but that's such a weird thing to do idk
