It is inspiring new creativity among all the musicians.
Well as a musician for many years it's about the flexibility of Board to making things a little simpler when it comes to sound such as the Nord Stage 4 and Montage M8X. Learning both boards has been an adventure however with today's churches. Both of these boards are enhancing the Worship Service because we are constantly utilizing different sounds from the board, creating new sounds, to include changing the way that we play on these boards which is making things very unique to the band, vocalists and congregation. It is an investment that I would recommend to churches if they were able to afford it.
I think a lot of churches that are able to step up need to step for their dedicated musician in appreciation for his time, commitment, dedication to God. I find that it helps the musician that is sacrificing with his time. Investing with updated equipment such as keyboards, sound system, drums will inspire them to elevate their skill to another level. I took the same approach you did with your church and it is working out better than I thought it would thank you. We asked for a new the Montage and they gave us both the Montage and Nord Stage 4. We are incorporating a lot of new sounds into the Worship Service from these boards and it has expanded our skill level to make things easier for everyone.

He may be a man of integrity but he’s more so a man who stays true to himself (imo). He comes off as guy who isn’t going to do anything he doesn’t truly want to do. Playing in church gets boring and there is way more to church than music.
