So, for normal EMI, without zip, what amount the owner should have charged from his pos?

It depends on POS provider and Credit Card Provider.

Generally commercial banks charge around 2% to the marchant for utilizing facility. Though the percentage varies from bank to bank. Because of this facility the sales increase, consequently the profit as well. So, what's the logic of imposing charges on customers? If there is, then what's the point of providing ZIP facility by banks?
It's better to talk to the marchant before buying the product.
In this particular case, described in the video, the shop owner took the additional amount as interest, which he is not authorized to take.
