Actually Oma Zi- O can defeat anyone.Oma Zi-O ride watch is just a small fraction of Oma Zi-O's power and Oma Zi-O ride watch can summon only 20 riders in their finalform. Grand Zi-O can only summon a few riders in their base form where Oma Zi-O can summon all the past,present and future riders.I mean he can summon all the riders in history all at once because he is a king,literally a demon king. During the Quartzer crisis, when his past self observed fond memories of their parents, he appears to his past self to his era and motivated him to defeat Barlckxs. Oma Zi-O later provided his past self with another step towards the ultimate power: the Ohma Zi-O Ridewatch.In a simple sentence, Oma Zi-O has no limit.
Fast Entertainment Not quite. Some of the riders Grand Zi-O has summoned include Build Genius, OOO TaJaDor, and W CycloneJokerXtreme. It seems as if the Riders he summons are taken from random points in their history.

As much as I like the concept, I feel like Ohma Zi-O is the true final form; sure, the Ridewatches sound great together, and Zi-O Ohma Form was amazing in its own, but its a paradox (kinda ensuing Future Ohma´s existence).
Seeing Sougo stepping onto his own despair event horizon (Geiz´s death), and crossing it (KR Tsukuyomi´s sacrifice), is undoubtedly much better than the entire Over Quartzer movie.
In my mind I choose to believe Over Quartzer isn't canon. To me it also spoils Woz's unwavering loyalty. In addition, I think we can rule out the Bootstrap Paradox of Ohma Zi-O's existence by assuming he's a singularity like Tsukasa/Decade.
even without the movie sougo is still destined to be zi-o since we saw woz as woz at the end.
sougo didnt change nor put woz as something when he change the time. meaning zi-o and woz is a fix point in time.
zi-o will always send woz back to watch over himself and sougo will always end up as zi-o
@@zrothepangolin And he was pretty much locked into becoming Ohma Zi-O once he got the Zi-O II Ridewatch - remember how hyped Woz was, but how Geiz & Tsukuyomi were both lookin' like "We failed to stop him, didn't we!?"...but despite that, maybe lil' Sougo managed to change the course of fate after all, considering that Old Man Sougo/Evil Ohma said that he didn't "remember that power" when lil' Sougo unveiled Zi-O Trinity in front of him.

The very same Ohma Zi-O ridewatch which helped unlocked my Legend Dragon Tempus form along with the Chrono-Ziku Driver (imaginative version of the Ohma Zi-O Driver).
Wouldn’t putting the Ohma Zi-O Ridewatch and the Grand Zi-O Ridewatch together just make the Ohma Zi-O Driver since each is one half of Ohma Zi-O’s powers?

No. Both of those are not half. The Ohma Zio ridewatch only has a fraction of Oma zio. Plus that ride watch was a gift by Oma Zio himself.
Grand zio on the other hand is no where near half or even a fraction. Its just the basics of achieveing Oma Zio. He was also missing the drive ridewatch,so he got bodied easily. However if he did get the ridewatch,the Ziku Belt would of probably evolved since Oma Zio stated to achieve his form one of the ways is to get all the ridewatches.
