I’m fairly sure that if you spread that damage optimally you would kill every single enemy across both the XC1 and XC2 maps at once. Not sure about 3 since late game monster health is fairly high.

Though I must admit that I've grown curious to see how far players can take it in Future Redeemed, since you can't swap classes there, but you can change the Heroic Chain and Completion Bonus, so there are many different ways and possibilities to achieve an incredibly high damage number

He showed the classes at the end, same with accessories. If you meant arts, you can see those throughout the video and they're also visible when he shows off classes and stats, same with skills. Just gotta watch and pause the video as needed.
The fact that the passive damage ticks reach up to like, 40m is hilariously unreasonable. This spider wasn't just defeated, it's entire universal presence was deleted from existence.

So here's a stupid fact that may seem interesting to chain attack challenges. Robo melia once she tries to activate her shield, is programmed to stay at 1 hp, despite still taking damage. Theoretically she is the ultimate training dummy for chain attack damage calc Literally all we have to do is drag the kevesi soldiers from the bridge to the keves queen robot via a glitch
no debuff resistance, very low defenses, and the nearby enemies are good for building the buffs. Although the optimal target is actually some rhoguls in pentelas, which is what my current strategies are against.
Unlike buffs, weaker debuffs will actually override stronger ones. And since Taion doesn't have room for a bleed damage accessory, its just better to use a high damage art to not get rid of Sena's much stronger bleed.
Is the physical pierce accessory on Eunie a mistake? As far as I know only physical attack in the build is the chain order finisher in which case is it really that worth it

But I think the logic was for this strat specifically, eunie is only ever going to use battle pheromone + desperate charge fusion. Which there aren't any accessories that improve those arts, so the accessories were used for damage buffs for specifically the chain order. Actually looking back at it, that fraternal badge could be launched damage up accessory or something, but its a very small difference regardless.
i was watching the setup n when they locked on to the spider i was like "nah what are they going to do to bro" and i thought maxing the overdrive damage counter in X was impressive
What is there to patch? Everything shown in this is working as stated and as intended, unless there's something I'm missing, and it's not an easy, exploitable setup that would let beat the game with zero challenge, it's a post game, max level setup against a low level enemy purely to show off. They didn't patch things like this in the other games, or even some more OP strategies in those games.
@@Kahadi In fact, Xenoblade 2 I think had a damage cap, or at least it wouldn't display the full damage if it went above a certain quantity, the devs literally removed it for this game. And in the Future Redeemed, things are just as busted now that you can change everyone's heroic chain and completion, those devs want to see the player base cook.
@@briansilva3765 Damage cap is still in the game, the devs just gave us an extra digit to work with. It used to be 1 mil in Xenoblade 2, in 3 its 10mil
@@ninjamain9568 damage cap only applies per individual attack. A single instance of damage can not be higher than 9999999. And the spider took many hits, so the total chain attack damage is much higher. There is no cap for the total damage you cam do to an enemy.
